PADI IDC Staff Instructors are Instructors intending to move further up the teaching ladder to become involved in instructor-level training. As an IDC Staff Instructor you can also independently train Assistant Instructors.

The IDC Staff is also a key member in an Instructor Development Course, as they are able to assist the Course Director. This also applies to other instructor-level courses that are run by a Course Director.

To enrol on a PADI IDC Staff course you require:-

• PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) certification
• 18 years of age
